Not a good experience. Staff was friendly,but food service was extremely slow. After about 2 hours my family and I left. It was getting too late for my young daughter. We took our food to go. Very little was done to make our experience better. And restaurant was only a quarter half. They said they were short staffed in the kitchen. I could see this being an issue if the restaurant was full. This left a sour taste with me and my family. Contacted the own and was pretty much "too bad". Definitely will NOT return.
Was told it was busy (there were only a few people in 3 booths, not busy at all) We were told we would get a text within 15 minutes. We wandered around the mall for about 45 before we gave up and went and got local pizza. Save your time and money. This is the second time this has happened. They obviously don't want my business.
I love the atmosphere here. I ate the ribs. Best I have had. Love it and will go again. 5 stars from me.
July 10, 2018. Worst visit to a Boston Pizza ever. Arrived at 6:25. 6:30 the bartender literally threw a menu at me and didnt say a word or ask if I wanted a drink. Never came back. Many staff wondering around. Looked at me several times. I tried to waive them over and they quickly turned their heads. Something terribly wrong with the leadership at this New Glasgow franchise. I eat at BPs all over the country at least 20 times per year and this was the worst visit ever! Left at 6:55 and went to Swiss Chalet.
The service was brutally slow. Not even busy. No idea whats going on with this place. Ive been here several times, hoping it would get better. This is a very common complaint. The food wasnt even what we order. We ate it because we didnt have time to wait for the right food.
